In this section we try to feature those properties for clients not wanting to break the bank. This is an area we tend to have many listings and also the most turnover. We also include what we call investment grade property for those who are looking for a little extra income while the property appreciates. We also have many client who are looking for flip type homes so were able to get the homes remodeled and back on the market in a very short time period.

Just two years ago you could find a couple dozen homes under $50,000 and now those same homes are $75,000.

There are areas that have a better rental demand (pockets) and we can help you find just the right place to invest. Many clients are looking to purchase now but are not retiring for several years.
